We collect your email address and device ID if you register a license key. We also store your license key. This information is securely stored in our database. We salt and hash your device ID before saving it to ensure that even we cannot identify your device ID. The app does not collect any personal information or usage data on how you interact with the app. We do NOT use advertising IDs in our app for advertising, we do use an ID for google analytics. We respect your privacy and ensure that any information you enter in the App remains on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third-party servers. We do not share your information with ANYONE.
We prioritize your data security and have implemented measures to ensure that your data remains safe on your device. We use a database with strict controls on who can access the data and only allow incoming connections from the application. The database is encrypted at rest and strict logging policies are implemented to ensure no unauthorized access goes undetected. There is no risk of unauthorized access to your personal information through our App as the app itself does not export the data it holds to other apps on your device. Your password for DataGuard Pro is also securely salted and saved as a hash on your device.
